Job Description Job Description ** Role Description ** This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney primarily reporting to our Fort Lee and Hackensack NJ offices. The position requires at minimum three to five years experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. You will be responsible for preparing cases from beginning through trial with available assistance of the firm partners. Additionally, the role will involve managing your trial team consisting of at least one paralegal and one administrative assistant along with all allied support staff including the assistance of investigators. The Salary is commensurate with courtroom experience. The salary income is highly competitive above which is an excellent benefits package valued at an additional $50,000.00 over annual salary. We pay all bar memberships and Continuing Legal Education including programs outside of New Jersey. Qualifications Expertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation, excellent command of the New Jersey and New York Court Rules and Rules of Evidence. Strong Negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a big plus although not mandatory.
