Maintenance Technician II

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all District equipment and systems, including HVAC heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical/electronics, carpentry, roofing, flooring, and other related tasks. Works independently with minimal supervision. Position Details REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED. Three years of experience in repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical/electronics, carpentry, roofing, flooring, or related trades. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Patience, courtesy, and tact when dealing with customers, suppliers, and co-workers. Valid Arizona Driver’s license. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
