Maintenance Technician II

Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Tucson. The role is primarily stationary and supports a management team that oversees a 350‑acre campus and a high‑rise office building. The technician will maintain exterior, interior, and critical building systems, completing preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to satisfy tenants and building owners. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems. Conduct daily rounds, interpret system readings. Coordinate and oversee vendor work. Perform general repairs and adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing. Qualifications General maintenance experience in commercial buildings and equipment. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude toward building occupants. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Basic knowledge of computer applications. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work from ladders, overhead, and outdoors in varied weather conditions. Availability for on‑call, after‑hours, and weekend rotations. Proven track record of excellence. Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make adjustments and general repairs, including Microsoft 365 software experience.
