We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn through hands-on experience, stay active with buyers, and build a strong foundation for long-term success while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for agents who want real-world exposure, daily activity, and the support of experienced professionals within a productive real estate environment.

You will learn how to assist buyers throughout the home search process, coordinate property tours, host open houses, and maintain consistent communication from the first conversation through closing. As you gain experience, you will develop confidence in presenting homes, building client relationships, and helping buyers navigate important decisions.

In addition to working with active buyers, you will learn how to generate business through consistent lead generation, organized follow-up, and relationship building. Access to proven systems, CRM technology, marketing resources, and transaction support will help you stay focused while developing habits that create long-term consistency.

Working alongside experienced agents and an in-house lending team, you will gain valuable insight into the financing process and learn how effective communication helps transactions move forward smoothly. $150,000 at plan earnings

• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction

• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

• In order to earn commissions, you must have a real estate license
• If you do not have our real estate license, we can help guide you in obtaining a license
• Great communication skills
