Role Overview NEW SALE — EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A HIGH-IMPACT POSITION Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef to lead daily culinary operations for our food team at HMH Riverview Medical Center l located in Red Bank, New Jersey. Riverview Medical Center, a Hackensack Meridian Health facility, is a nonprofit community hospital with approximately 460 beds. It is a designated acute care facility offering comprehensive services including emergency, maternity, and cancer care. What You'll Do The successful candidate will: maintain adherence to all local, state, federal, and organizations regulatory requirements. ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed without exception. be responsible for Food and Physical Safety and annual training for all hourly production associates. implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services. create interpersonal relationships with clients in hospital. proven to effectively communicate to multiple audiences and develop strong relationships with customers and patients. have the ability to multitask and proven effectiveness in a high-standards driven environment. proficient computer skills as well as exceptional organizational and customer services skills. Servsafe certified as well as working knowledge of HACCP and experience with Health and Safety audits.
