Location: Milwaukee, WI

We're conducting an executive search for an experienced Hospice Executive Director to lead a well-established, mission-driven hospice program in Milwaukee. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen operations, develop exceptional teams, and make a meaningful impact across the community.

We're seeking a leader who will:

Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Drive operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance
Build strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders
Champion quality, innovation, and outstanding patient-centered care
Lead with integrity, accountability, and a servant-leadership mindset

Ideal candidates will have:

Leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
Strong knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and hospice regulations
Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing operations
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and business development skills
A passion for compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care
