This role focuses on answering and directing calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, providing administrative support, and helping maintain daily office operations. - Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Assist visitors and customers with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Make warm follow-up calls to help maintain appointment and service schedules when needed.
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office assistant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
