Team capabilities assessment and development.Your ideal BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business AdministrationMBA a plus5+ years plus in progressive financial rolesAn understanding Manufacturing and S&OP processes, and the financial implications thereof.Experienced user of financial consolidation systems, ERP systems (SAP), spreadsheet analysisAbility to create pro forma or forecasted financial statements.Drill-down variance analysis to explain root-cause and the story behind the numbers.Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, adapted for the intended audience.
