The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Public Sector IT Proposal Manager for upcoming project opportunity: Commonwealth of Massachusetts / COMMBUYS sources .

Core Responsibilities

Confirm whether the Massachusetts - IT Services and Technology Solicitation source has an active solicitation requiring a response.
Build a response calendar from verified Massachusetts - IT Services and Technology Solicitation notice dates and amendment instructions.
Map the available Massachusetts - IT Services and Technology Solicitation response questions to proposed technical and commercial contributors.
Identify mandatory forms, eligibility statements and submission steps in the source documents.
Collect relevant past performance and personnel evidence for the stated Massachusetts - IT Services and Technology Solicitation scope.
Request clarification where Massachusetts - IT Services and Technology Solicitation requirements or response instructions are incomplete.
Review proposed solution language against the buyer's actual Massachusetts - IT Services and Technology Solicitation questions.
Track assumptions and exclusions where the source does not yet define delivery requirements.
Check response files for consistency, signatures and required attachments.
Prepare a submission readiness record showing confirmed requirements and unresolved gates.
