Associate Manager NRM Skin Cleansing

Job Purpose Unilever seeks a Senior Manager NRM Deodorants who is intellectually curious, data-driven, and skilled at identifying complex business opportunities to provide strategic recommendations that enable accelerated growth. The role focuses on NRM (Net Revenue Management) – the systematic approach to strategic pricing, product architecture, promotions, and trade terms to drive profitable growth from 2025 onward. Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, highlight white spaces and ensure price‑pack execution supports brand and portfolio strategy. Optimize channel‑customer or pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and its customers. Evaluate consumer promotional strategies for alignment with brand objectives, promotional responsiveness, and ROI profile; recommend an optimal promotion strategy. Apply analytical tools and frameworks to derive conclusions and support NRM decisions. Develop financial analysis methodologies and scenario models that serve as the basis for portfolio pricing simulations and white‑space launches. Act as the crucial link between Marketing, Customer, and Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and maintain responsibility for results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of marketing, finance, and operations; excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. High drive for excellence, teamwork, and independent execution. Excellent project management ability and stamina for in‑depth strategic work. Effective team player who respects and energises a collaborative environment. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $88,600 to $133,000. The position is bonus eligible.
