We're looking for confident, hospitality-driven leaders who excel at operations, staff development, guest experience, and high-volume service. To be successful in this role, candidates should have several years of management experience leading high-volume restaurants, bars, nightclubs, festivals, entertainment venues, or similar hospitality operations. Who This Role Is For Several years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, nightclub, festival, or hospitality environment Proven success leading large teams during busy service periods Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing hiring, scheduling, training, labor, inventory, ordering, reporting, and daily operations Excited to lead in a fast-paced, fully outdoor hospitality environment Seasonal Hospitality Schedule Hospitality doesn't operate on a traditional Monday-Friday schedule, and neither do we. Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and holidays. Managers should be comfortable working a schedule that follows the needs of the business, including longer shifts during peak operating periods throughout the season. If you've built your career in restaurants, bars, festivals, or nightlife, this schedule will feel familiar. What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily front-of-house, bar, and restaurant operations Lead, coach, and motivate a large seasonal team Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining efficient operations Manage inventory, ordering, and product accountability Assist with hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and training seasonal employees Monitor sales performance, labor, reporting, and operational metrics Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout every shift Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required Several years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, nightclub, festival, entertainment venue, or hospitality operation Customer-focused with excellent leadership and organizational skills Comfortable using POS systems, inventory systems, scheduling software, and reporting tools Preferred Experience Experience with: High-volume outdoor hospitality venues Square POS Toast POS 7shifts Inventory management systems VIP hospitality Kitchen or back-of-house management Available Positions General Manager Assistant General Manager Restaurant Manager Bar Manager Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Daytime, Evening & Weekend Shifts Compensation Competitive hourly compensation of $30.00-$45.00 per hour , depending on the position (Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, or General Manager), experience, and qualifications.
