Position: General Manager
Location: Multiple Locations (South Chicagoland)
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 + Bonus

We're partnering with a growing, multi-unit high-volume quick-service restaurant group seeking experienced General Managers to lead busy, drive-thru-focused locations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys developing teams, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving financial performance.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of successful General Manager experience
• High-volume burger QSR background preferred
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing drive-thru operations
• Proven success with staffing, coaching, and retention
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational metrics

Preferred Backgrounds

• High-volume burger QSR concepts
• Drive-thru focused operations
• Multi-million-dollar annual sales volume
• Strong tenure with progressive leadership growth

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations
• Hire, train, coach, and develop managers and team members
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Ensure exceptional guest service and execution standards
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture
