Bonneville Contracting and Technology Group est buscando un Contable altamente organizado, analtico y orientado a resultados para formar parte de nuestro equipo administrativo y financiero. Esta posicin ser responsable de apoyar la gestin financiera de la empresa mediante el mantenimiento preciso de registros contables, la preparacin de informes financieros, el cumplimiento de obligaciones contributivas y regulatorias, y el apoyo a la gerencia en la toma de decisiones estratgicas. El candidato ideal deber demostrar integridad profesional, atencin al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinmico relacionado con la construccin, telecomunicaciones, tecnologa y servicios profesionales.
Entre sus responsabilidades se incluyen registrar y reconciliar transacciones financieras, preparar estados financieros mensuales y anuales, administrar cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar, realizar conciliaciones bancarias, apoyar los procesos de nmina, monitorear presupuestos de proyectos, preparar documentacin para auditoras internas y externas, asegurar el cumplimiento con las regulaciones contributivas federales y estatales, y colaborar con la preparacin de reportes financieros para instituciones bancarias, agencias gubernamentales y la gerencia ejecutiva. Tambin ser responsable de identificar oportunidades para mejorar procesos financieros y controles internos que contribuyan a la eficiencia operacional de la organizacin.
El candidato deber poseer un Bachillerato en Contabilidad de una institucin acreditada. Se prefiere experiencia mnima de tres (3) aos en funciones contables, particularmente en empresas de construccin, contratistas gubernamentales, telecomunicaciones o servicios profesionales. Se valorar experiencia utilizando QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics u otros sistemas ERP, as como dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel. El conocimiento de los principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados (GAAP), manejo de presupuestos, anlisis financiero y cumplimiento contributivo es altamente deseable.
Las habilidades requeridas incluyen excelentes destrezas analticas, capacidad para manejar mltiples tareas simultneamente, comunicacin efectiva verbal y escrita en espaol e ingls, capacidad para trabajar bajo presin y cumplir con fechas lmite, as como un alto nivel de confidencialidad en el manejo de informacin financiera. Se espera que el Contable trabaje de manera colaborativa con los departamentos de operaciones, recursos humanos, compras y administracin para garantizar la integridad financiera de la empresa.
Las funciones principales del puesto incluyen:
- Mantener registros financieros precisos y actualizados de todas las transacciones de la empresa.
- Preparar y analizar estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Gestionar procesos de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y reconciliaciones de cuentas contables.
- Apoyar la preparacin y procesamiento de nmina.
- Preparar informes financieros para la gerencia y entidades externas.
- Coordinar y asistir en auditoras internas y externas.
- Dar seguimiento a presupuestos, costos de proyectos y anlisis de variaciones.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de obligaciones contributivas y regulatorias.
- Mantener y fortalecer los controles internos de la organizacin.
