Are you a meticulous and driven accounting professional seeking to grow your career? Kelly is looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our client’s fast-paced team in Puerto Rico through a direct hire opportunity!
What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full accounting cycle and daily financial transactions using Sage .
• Support fund administration, including investor relations management on the Carta platform.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the fund.
• Reconcile bank accounts, capital calls, and distributions accurately and on time.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial data.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven accounting experience, ideally in Fund Accounting or Financial Services. Experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital is a huge plus !
• Hands-on experience with both Sage and Carta platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish required.
