If you have a few years of hands-on experience under your belt and are ready to reach the next level while enjoying one of the best compensation plans in the area, keep reading to learn more!What You'll Need:3+ years of heating and cooling experienceProficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipmentProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordAvailability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule5+ years of experience - preferred and eligible for a signing bonusNATE certification - preferred"Service MVP" experience - preferredYour Day:Driving to assigned locations, showing up on time, and providing professional customer service to the clientInspecting commercial heating and air conditioning systems and accurately diagnosing the source of any problemsPerforming high-quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades and replacements as appropriate OUR MISSION:The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay was founded by Gregg Bowman in 2009, during the beginning of the recession. We are proud to promote from within and give all employees the opportunity to advance and grow. COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECH PAY AND PERKS:Depending on experience and qualifications, you could make $80,000 to $200,000/year! If you have over 5 years of experience, we'll also throw in a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
