About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and lead operations across its extensive cancer care system. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing medical oncology, radiation oncology, pharmacy, support services, physics, and quality, ensuring alignment and harmonization of operations and patient care across multiple locations. This role requires a leader who can integrate financial stewardship into daily operations, drive organizational performance, and lead operational excellence through people, partnerships, and innovation. The COO will also be tasked with building and sustaining trusted partnerships with various stakeholders to support operational excellence, organizational growth, and exceptional patient care. Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s in Business Administration or Healthcare preferred, and at least 15 years of clinical and business management experience, particularly in a healthcare setting. The role demands exceptional executive leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational influence, as well as strong financial, analytical, and operational decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading organizational change, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and building collaborative relationships with physicians, executive leaders, and external stakeholders. A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion is essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with judgment and care.
