Client Services Coordinator

HairClub

The Client Service Coordinator is people oriented and outgoing, supporting the operational activities of the center and the client experience. Major Responsibilities Greets all clients & visitors promptly with a smile, portrays a positive attitude, and assists with reasonable requests Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, provides accurate information, and directs calls to appropriate staff while minimizing impact on clients Accurately enters all client transactions selecting the correct performers, service/product codes, and tenders Actively manages scheduling activities, including advance booking, wait times, schedule optimization, service accuracy, appointment ticket accuracy, and confirmations Supports the styling team with scheduling assistance, documentation, communication of appointment changes, retail/service add‑on sales, and administrative duties Performs other reasonable duties as assigned Qualifications At least one year of previous high‑paced guest service experience Experience with point of sale systems or other business software Professional and timely communication with all persons in the company Superior organizational and time management skills Ability to work under time constraints and pressure Self‑motivated and able to work independently Professional image Benefits Paid vacation days, paid holidays, and personal days starting the day you are hired Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, and more) 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match after one year Tuition reimbursement after one year Company‑paid training throughout career User‑friendly electronic salon scheduling software Positive work environment that helps people feel good about themselves HairClub is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment for everyone.
