X-Ray Associates of New Mexico is hiring a Full Time Interventional Radiology Technologist. The Interventional Radiology Technologist is responsible for preparing patients for procedures, assisting physicians during exams, maintaining sterile technique, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. This role also assists with inventory management, specimen preparation, patient scheduling, and compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Assist radiologists during interventional procedures. Prepare patients and explain procedures in a professional and compassionate manner. Maintain sterile fields and assist with specialized procedural equipment. Operate radiographic equipment and obtain high-quality images. Monitor patients during procedures and communicate changes in patient condition. Prepare and process specimens for pathology when required. Maintain inventory of catheters, guidewires, stents, and procedural supplies. Document procedures and patient information accurately. Participate in call coverage as assigned. Support quality patient care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT registered or registry eligible. Current New Mexico Certified Radiologic Technologist License required. CPR Certification required. Strong communication and patient care skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment. Experience in Interventional Radiology preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
