Operations Administrative Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (fully onsite)
Employment Type: 6+ Month Contract
We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Administrative Specialist to provide critical administrative and operational support in a fast-paced public health environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex administrative and operational projects
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting across teams
- Support data entry, inventory tracking, and workflow processes
- Prepare presentations and maintain accurate records
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, public health, or social services
- SharePoint experience - preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred
Additional Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel between sites as needed
