Overview Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Raleigh, NC. We are looking to hire an experienced Manager to supervise our baking staff and manage all bakery operations. The manager's responsibilities include ordering supplies, maintaining accurate records, staffing, and ensuring that orders are completed on time. Further responsibilities are listed below. Responsibilities Inspect bakery items to ensure that established standards on quality, uniformity, and aesthetic appeal are met. Create suitable work schedules for staff members. (When I Work experience preferred) Ensure that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies. Ensure that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations. Maintain knowledge and skills for Lead, baker, and driver positions and fill in as necessary. Keep track of product inventory and order supplies as needed through Sysco and other venues. Train, motivate and coach employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities. Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Monitor store activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed. Analyze information and processes and develop more effective or efficient processes and strategies. Establish and achieve business and profit objectives. Maintain a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive. Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties. Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures. Perform other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
