In April 2025, we launched Advance Paperbag — a new division created to meet the growing demand for sustainable paper alternatives. Built on decades of manufacturing excellence, we combine deep retail experience with a renewed commitment to sustainability. Our product range includes:

• Kraft and white paper bags – the retail checkout staple
• Twisted or flat handle bags – ideal for grocery and apparel retailers
• Sacks
• Foodservice, delivery, and takeaway formats

All our paper packaging is made from renewable fiber and certified by FSC and SFI, supporting retailers in their transition toward eco-friendly and compliant packaging solutions. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Executive to join Advanced Paperbag, manufacturers and suppliers of sustainable high value packaging in North America.

Territory: U.S. West

The Business Development Executive role calls for you to be an experienced B2B sales professional who possesses the following characteristics:

• Good with people – You're able to take on an advisory role with business owners and C-suite in a professional manner.
• Connected – You're growing a network of business executives who can help expand your sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify midsized or enterprise businesses to offer Advance Paperbag solutions.
• Accomplish sales goals determined by management.
• Demonstrate B2B sales expertise including a sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.
• Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly to review business needs with prospects and customers as needed to achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
• Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. In turn, developing relationships with prospective accounts, closing on opportunities with prospects turning them into customers.
• This includes maintaining continuous growth within existing accounts.
• Responsible for responding to web leads throughout the US, utilizing video meeting platforms and/or phone meetings to continue the sales process to closing.
• Help drive a positive experience with all you encounter, including, but not limited to coworkers, customers, and suppliers.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in securing new 6-figure B2B contracts.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Experience with CRM.
• Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
• Valid driver license and clean MVR.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Industry experience selling packaging solutions: packaging films and materials.
• Familiar with delivering solutions with companies that need packing solutions.
