Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with our organization, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions that address relational dynamics and promote mental wellness.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, blended family dynamics, and conflict resolution.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients facing job stress, medical issues, and grief and loss.
\n
• Documenting client progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families. Your work will specifically address a range of challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Trauma stemming from physical or psychological abuse.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Mother/daughter conflicts and sibling rivalry.

• Different forms of grief and loss.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
