Maintenance Director

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Director Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This key leadership role oversees all building operations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all facility maintenance operations Ensure all repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep meet safety and regulatory standards Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and warranties Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety, performance, and compliance Coordinate renovations, installations, and preventative maintenance projects Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and on-call needs Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Availability for on-call emergencies as needed Benefits Competitive salary Generous PTO Medical & Dental Insurance Employee Perks & Recognition Programs Supportive, team-oriented work environment Apply Today Join a team dedicated to excellence in facility maintenance and resident care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
