Our Values: Excellence, People, Growth The opportunity The Business Finance Analyst is a key contributor to the financial health of the business unit. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and reporting by delivering accurate data, financial models, and insights that drive operational decisions. Role responsibilities Financial Operations & Reporting Maintain project financials, including timely and accurate revenue recognition and cost tracking. Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Track and report on project profitability, utilization, and key financial metrics. Forecasting & Analysis Support the budgeting and forecasting process for revenue and project-related costs. Consolidate actuals and assist in preparing performance updates and variance analysis. Build and refine models for revenue and cost projections using data from Salesforce and OpenAir. Data & Insight Produce weekly and monthly KPI dashboards to support management insight. Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of opportunity. Collaborate with the Manager and project teams to provide timely financial updates. Continuous Improvement Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting and forecasting. Ensure data quality and accuracy in financial systems. Support other ad hoc projects and reporting requests as needed. Do you have what we are looking for? Skills & expertise 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related finance roles. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Working knowledge of GAAP and financial planning concepts. Proficiency in Excel and exposure to enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, OpenAir). Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking. Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow. Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong team player who builds trust and delivers results in a fast-paced environment
