. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call or weekend responsibilities and established clinical support.

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care
Evaluate and manage Hem/Onc patients
Provide ongoing treatment and follow-up
Collaborate with the established clinical support team
Meet applicable procedure and case-log requirements for privileges
Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certification required
Active Florida medical license required
Clean background required
Clean NPDB required
Must meet required procedure/case-log requirements
Credentialing

Approximately 30 days
Current CV required at submission
Client-specific attestation form required at submission
