The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing a welcoming first impression for guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries. This role ensures excellent customer service, accurate billing, and smooth daily front desk operations while maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere. You own this if you have Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and point-of-sale skills Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including windows, excel. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to [50] lbs if required Availability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel operational needs We've got you covered ... In return, the Front Desk Agent will be rewarded with competitive compensation. The Company match is currently 50 cents per dollar of employee contribution up to 6% and is subject to change. The match is effective on the first of the quarter following one year of employment.
