Rattaché à un encadrant du magasin, vous serez le responsable de l'activité commerciale d’un rayon/axe (Parfum, Soin, Maquillage, Caisse, Exploitation), et plus particulièrement : Organiser et planifier l’activité des équipes en animant les leviers de croissance associés au plan de développement commercial et humain de votre périmètre de responsabilité, Accompagner le projet commercial du rayon/Axe en étant force de proposition, Motiver et accompagner les équipes de Conseiller(ère)s de vente autour d’objectifs communs dans le but de satisfaire et offrir un moment d’exception aux clients Vous êtes le/la candidat idéale si : Vous êtes prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux challenges et êtes animé(e) par la réussite collective, Vous avez le sens du service client, Vous souhaitez animer une équipe et travaillez en équipe, Vous êtes éligible à une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 (diplôme validé ou en cours de validation), Poste basé à Annecy (74).
