Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (50% Focus): Drives full‑cycle recruitment in close coordination with hiring managers. Manages job postings, candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and background checks. Maintains absolute data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Onboarding & Compliance: Performs onboarding for all new hires in strict alignment with corporate workflows. Mandates 100% accurate compliance execution, including color‑copy documentation for Form I‑9 and immediate E‑Verify processing. Triggers initial required training compliance tracks (Customer Service, Harassment, GDPR). Benefits Administration: Conducts day‑one onboarding review of the Employee Handbook with new hires. Administers the benefits platform (Employee Navigator), ensuring all initial employee selections are submitted within the first 3 days of employment. Supports the annual Open Enrollment process, answers day‑to‑day employee benefits inquiries, and coordinates FMLA documentation. Payroll Operations (Phased Growth): Works closely with the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to learn the internal payroll ecosystem. Serves as the designated administrative backup for bi‑weekly payroll reporting and processing in ADP, scaling into full solo backup execution over time as training progresses. Employee Engagement & Culture: Directs the Employee Engagement/Retention Program. Sources, plans, and executes ongoing office morale events, updates the corporate intranet weekly, and leads the internal employee engagement committee (SMILE team). Data Governance & Operations: Establishes, audits, and maintains physical and electronic personnel files. Formulates a monthly turnover and headcount report for tracking new hires and separations across regional and domestic offices. Employee Relations Support: Interprets corporate policy rules, counsels employees under the guidance of the VP of HR, and assists supervisors with drafting consistent progressive discipline or performance improvement documentation. General Qualification Guidelines Education, Experience, and Core Traits Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience: 4 to 7 years of hands‑on human resources experience, preferably in a generalist, coordinator, or specialized administrative capacity. Coachability: Must possess high coachability and an adaptable mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and execute specialized compliance tasks precisely to the organization’s standards. Discretion: Proven experience managing highly confidential employee records, payroll numbers, and executive decisions with absolute discretion. Knowledge, Skills, and Technical Abilities Strong foundational exposure to HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (ADP and Employee Navigator experience highly preferred). Meticulous attention to detail with a natural tendency to audit data for zero‑defect accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically formatting and verifying data in MS Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills with the professional presence required to collaborate directly with corporate managers and executives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
