Key Responsibilities Prospect & engage: drive outbound outreach via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn to connect with high‑potential MSPs. Qualify & convert: run discovery conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify leads using proven frameworks. Collaborate with sales: partner with Account Executives to build strong pipelines and craft outreach strategies that win. Leverage tools: own your CRM activity, track every touchpoint, and use data to refine your approach. Drive results: meet and exceed targets, with direct influence on Cynomi’s growth and the MSP community we serve. Requirements Experience in an outbound sales or business development role. Confident communicator across phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person at events; know how to personalize and stand out. Strong research and prospecting skills; comfortable navigating tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot/Salesforce. A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, coaching‑oriented environment. Motivated go‑getter looking to scale their sales career fast. Background in cybersecurity or channel sales is a plus; curiosity and grit are musts.
