Financial Customer Service Representative

We're hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives in Omaha who don't yet have their FINRA licenses and sponsoring them through the entire process. You'll earn your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 within your first 8 weeks, with paid training, dedicated study time, and full support on our dime. After that, you move to our hybrid schedule and our licensed pay scale. During your first 8 weeks you'll be onsite and fully paid. The program involves a self‑paced online curriculum, collaborative peer opportunities, and structured support to earn SIE and Series 6. After licensure, you transition to a hybrid schedule with one in‑office day per week. At Pacific Life, Financial Customer Service Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments, ensuring accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience. What You'll Do Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism Process requests and document interactions in internal systems Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Enjoy helping people and solving problems Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Comfortable in a high‑volume call environment Learn new concepts quickly and adapt to change Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and systems What You Bring 1‑2 years of customer‑facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Comfort using multiple computer systems Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment What Makes You Stand Out Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in financial services or insurance FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6, or Series 7) Our Recruiting Process Resume review Phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Partner Hiring Team interview Compensation Starting hourly rate based on experience and location. Omaha, NE range is $26 – $28 per hour plus an annual bonus. After earning your FINRA Series 6 license, you'll be automatically promoted to the licensed pay scale. Base pay range represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will depend on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
