Job Description:
General Accounting Clerical Work: Which can include the following. Main: Clerical work assistant primarily for Accounts Payable and other clerical tasks of the Accounting Department. Which mainly includes but not limited to: 1. Answering telephones and directing calls and/or providing assistance to the caller 2. Checking emails daily in order to extract new invoices and also to screen for and direct priority messages to Kara 3. Respond to emails with a generic acknowledgement reply within 24 hours of receipt 4. Matching - invoices, po's, ps, and sales orders 5. Scanning daily mail and packing slips 6. Entering invoices when requested 7. Assisting as needed with special projects 8. Weekly filing of paid invoices 9. Extracting invoices from Patrick Fabs emails daily10. Clerical assignments for job folders. 11. Clerical assistance for inventory counts. Gulf Crane Services, INC is an EEO Employer - M/F/Protected Veteran Status
