Executive Director / Assisted Living Manager (ALM) Ready to Love Where You Lead?

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Director / Assisted Living Manager (ALM) to join a senior living community where great leadership is valued, ideas are welcomed, and people truly matter.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the overall operations of the assisted living community

  • Build, develop, and inspire an exceptional team

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare

  • ALM/Administrator license or certification as required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • A passion for developing great teams and delivering exceptional resident experiences

  • Someone who leads with energy, accountability, compassion, and positivity
