Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to join our growing healthcare SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in product management and a passion for improving healthcare through technology. You will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of digital products that serve healthcare providers, payers, and patients, ensuring they are compliant, scalable, and impactful. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs and regulatory standards. You’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, leveraging data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decisions and prioritize features.Key Responsibilities: 1. User-Centric Design & Customer InsightConducts user research and usability testing to gather feedback, update requirements, and provide commercial guidance on value propositionHelps designs intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiencesChampion intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences tailored to anesthesia workflows5.
