Responsibilities Provide general assistance to clients and employees, both in-house and remotely Deliver a first‑class hospitality service to clients Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of facilities Manage inventory of supplies and arrange orders; ensure stationary and general office equipment are well stocked Prepare meeting rooms for use Perform ad‑hoc administrative or building services duties as required by the Operations Team Qualifications A degree or equivalent qualification in your chosen speciality (technical or general). Start date: around mid‑July 2026. Location: on‑site at the New York studio (no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship). Pay: $17 per hour (New York City Employees).
