Trade Show Project Manager

Trade Show Project Manager Location: Tucker, GA 30084 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Show Project Manager to join our team. The Trade Show Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our trade show events, including managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure successful and impactful trade show experiences. Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with sales and design departments to ensure that projects in production meet conceptual vision and client expectations. Estimate costs for projects, assist AEs with wording for proposals. Oversee development of production specification drawings. Order all project-specific materials and hardware, issue purchase orders, and account for all project costs and variances. Manage subcontractor support for specialty items. Daily communication with shop foreman regarding fabrication details and changes as they arise. Initiate and lead weekly project-specific meetings and communicate results to all affected team members. Develop crate content lists and shipping manifests with the assistance of the logistics department. Create set-up packages for on-site managers with the assistance of the detailing department. Initiate and lead post-event meetings emphasizing improvements in process and procedures that can be applied to future projects. Mentor and help develop career paths for junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
