About the Role:
Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and driving results? As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions that fit their homes and businesses. This position combines customer interaction, strategic thinking, and the opportunity to directly contribute to the company's growth.

Compensation & Earning Potential:
With a starting pay of $ 1,000, new hires receive a $1,000 weekly bonus while building their sales pipeline. Compensation is earned through commissions as well, including:
- 15% commission on new recurring service agreements
- 5% commission on eligible one-time services and existing commercial sales. Your earning potential comes directly from your sales performance. Successful sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and closing business have the opportunity to earn $50,000–$100,000+ annually .

What You Can Expect:

Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Develop and present service recommendations and proposals.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
- Provide residential customers with service quotes and contracts.
- Explain treatment plans and service recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
