The Insurance Marketplace Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for a team oriented, quality person with a positive attitude to help us service our existing clients and sell new policies with great coverages as a Full-Time Licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager / Customer Service Representative. We are a well-established , award winning, local , family-owned insurance agency that is regularly listed in The Rochester Business Journals List of Top 25 Insurance Agencies. Our owner currently sits on agency advisory councils for two different insurance companies, and that is what makes us unique: how respected our agency is in the industry. Responsibilities

Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to educate & advise clients on the best policies and coverages for their unique needs.
Use your professional skills to create insurance quotes, cross-sell, and round out accounts.
Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in servicing existing clients with coverage questions and policy changes.
With your keen attention to detail , youll be taking payments, issuing insurance documentation, and assisting clients with other policy needs.

Requirements

An Active New York Property & Casualty License required.
3+ Years of Commercial Lines Insurance Experience working with multiple carriers Required.
Experience in quoting commercial lines with multiple carriers.
A team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask .
Goal-oriented , self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
