Are you a licensed personal lines insurance professiona l looking for a long-term home where you will be valued, supported, and trusted? At the Insurance Marketplace Agency in Rochester, NY, you will join a family-owned independent agency that has been rooted in the community for more than years. As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you will help protect individuals and families through personalized, relationship-driven insurance solutions. You will have realistic goals, strong leadership support, and a collaborative team that backs you up . Your ideas and contributions will be welcomed, and youll find open communication at every level . Our agency is also recognized by carriers and often invited to serve on industry boards and councils, showcasing the level of trust and professionalism behind our work.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
- Service and grow our book of personal lines Property & Casualty insurance clients
- Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication and personalized risk management
- Educate clients on coverages, policy options, and solutions
- Collaborate with internal team members and carrier partners to meet client needs
- Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements- An Active New York Property & Casualty License required.
- 2+ Years of Personal Lines Insurance Experience Required.
- Experience in quoting Personal Lines insurance policies
- Strong client communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- A relationship-builder who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
- Goal-oriented , self-starter with with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
