Pay : $56,000 base salary plus commission, with potential total pay of $75,000 to $105,000 a year.

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee, retain, and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial clients. In this role, you will manage ongoing client relationships, conduct property visits, identify service needs, and drive sales through enhancements and new contracts. • Salary & Commission: Competitive base salary with quarterly incentives and profit-sharing opportunities. $56,000 base salary plus commission, with potential total pay of $75,000 to $105,000 a year.

• Commercial Account Management Expertise: Experience managing client relationships, preferably in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of lawn installation, irrigation systems, maintenance practices, and pest control services.
• Sales & Proposal Skills: Ability to prepare, present, and follow up on proposals with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
• Operational Awareness: Comfort working with CRM/operations software and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Self-Motivation & Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through trust, reliability, and consistent communication.
• Proactively manage client properties by identifying issues early, communicating clearly, and coordinating solutions with service teams.
• Conduct scheduled property visits (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) and log all notes and activities in Aspire for accountability.
• Monitor crew performance and collaborate with department managers to ensure proper scheduling, quality control, and excellent service.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals, including $200K in landscape enhancements and $100K in contracts .
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals aligned with TMLP pricing standards.
• Follow up consistently on pending proposals to maximize close rates and revenue.
• Support collections by assisting Account Coordinators when clients are unreachable or payments are delayed.
• Cultivate relationships with key “Most Wanted” clients to become their trusted landscaping and irrigation advisor.
• Uphold company policies and set a positive example for other team members.
• Demonstrate company core values in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper use of all TMLP assets including vehicles, shop areas, field offices, and job sites.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the landscaping industry. At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/operations software.
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
