Hospital Medication History Coordinator

UPMC McKeesport is seeking a fulltime Medical History Specialist to join our Emergency Department team. You will interview patients, review medication documentation, and compile medication histories for admission, entering the data into the electronic health record. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacists, and other care providers.
