Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Patterns Therapy, your role will include a variety of essential responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are based on evidence-based practices and are specifically tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for adult clients of varying backgrounds, addressing a range of psychological issues and promoting mental wellness.

• Maintain familiarity with current research and treatment methodologies in mental health to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possess an active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
