Associate, Provider Data Analytics

About the Role The Associate, Provider Data Analytics reviews provider data‑related issues and scales solutions through impact analysis. The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to represent departmental needs in company‑wide strategic initiatives and problem‑solving. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, building and managing project plans, documenting decisions, and developing risk mitigation and change management strategies. The associate reports to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. Work Location Based in the New York City office with a hybrid work schedule: three days in‑office per week. Thursdays are a required in‑office day for team meetings and events, while the other two days are flexible. Pay & Benefits Base pay: $96,876.00 – $127,149.75 per year. Unlimited vacation program Annual performance bonuses Medical, dental, and vision coverage 11 paid holidays Paid sick time and parental leave 401(k) plan participation Life and disability insurance Paid wellness time and reimbursements Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end management of cross‑functional projects related to provider data issues, including analysis, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and participation in testing to ensure accurate and effective solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder groups to develop proactive solution plans for data issues, including communication strategies and program initiatives for successful change management and risk mitigation. Identify trends in provider data issues and scale solutions by leveraging analytics to assess overall impact. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience. 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, and/or consulting. 2+ years of experience using SQL and Excel. 2+ years of experience with end‑to‑end project management. 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing accompanying operating and technical procedures. 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma. Bonus Points Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
