Spavia [Location] is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians! Avg pay per 50‑min facial: $52–$56 (includes gratuity). Advanced services: Up to $66 for 60–70‑min treatments. Steady schedule with loyal guests & members. W‑2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments. Transparent Pay Structure – based on experience Signature Facial – 50 min – $52–$56 Advanced Facials/Exfoliation – 40–60 min – $57–$61 Upgraded Treatments – 70 min – $62–$66 Most guests choose advanced or upgraded treatments. Average specialist gratuity: approximately $20 included. Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually. Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses.
