Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-paced operations team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and on-time shipment processing while serving as a key link between production, warehouse teams, and carriers. Responsibilities
- Shipping & Documentation
- Prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)
- Verify order accuracy against system records and physical shipments
- Enter and maintain shipment data in internal systems
- Organize and maintain shipping records for compliance and audits
- Carrier & Logistics Coordination
- Schedule carrier pickups and confirm delivery timelines
- Communicate shipping instructions and special requirements
- Track shipments and provide status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues
- Operations Support
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams on order readiness
- Prioritize shipments based on deadlines and client expectations
- Assist with outbound shipment audits and inventory verification
- Customer & Team Communication
- Respond to shipping inquiries from internal teams and customers
- Provide tracking information and shipment updates
- Escalate issues that may impact delivery timelines

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
23+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or clerical support preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ERP or warehouse systems preferred
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Knowledge of international shipping requirements
Core Competencies
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesquite, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
