Working alongside another Lead Teacher, you'll help create a warm, responsive Infant classroom where babies feel safe, secure, and supported. Through individualized care, sensory exploration, movement, and meaningful interactions, you'll support our youngest learners through important developmental milestones. Key Responsibilities Co-lead daily routines in a safe and nurturing Infant classroom Provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day Support individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and care schedules Create age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences Support cognitive, physical, language, and social-emotional development Follow appropriate safe sleep, sanitation, health, and safety practices Observe developmental progress and maintain required classroom documentation Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families Collaborate closely with your co-teacher and center leadership Follow Idaho childcare licensing requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous professional infant, daycare, or childcare experience strongly preferred Infant classroom experience preferred CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus Comfortable with feeding, diapering, safe sleep, and individualized infant routines Patient, nurturing, dependable, and collaborative Ability to meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive pay of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and credentials Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Collaborative co-teaching environment Supportive center leadership Opportunities for continued professional growth Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
