Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking Facilities Operations / HR Coordinator - On-site in Plano, Texas
Join a dynamic team in Plano, Texas as a Facilities Operations / HR Coordinator. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats—from managing facility operations and vendor relationships to coordinating engaging employee events and assisting with new hire onboarding. • Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX, with a hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday WFH)
• Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in facilities management, event coordination, or HR support
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with workplace management software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Independent work ethic with strong collaboration skills
• Quick learner with the ability to retain new concepts and technology

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in property management
• Event planning and execution experience
• Prior experience supporting new hire onboarding and orientation
• Knowledge of workplace safety and emergency preparedness procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to serve as a liaison with property management, vendors, and security personnel
• Excellent organizational ability to coordinate events, communications, and inventories

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior experience in facilities management, HR support, or workplace engagement roles
