Registered Nurse In The MICU
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the MICU, where you'll provide critical care to patients with complex medical needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide nursing care for hemodynamically compromised patients
- Administer treatments including mechanical ventilation and chemotherapy
- Monitor patients using arterial pressure and cardiac monitoring
- Participate in clinical trials and plasmapheresis procedures
- Utilize computerized charting with EPIC
What We Need To See
- Active RN license with current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Proficient in mechanical ventilation
- Skilled in IV starts
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Knowledge of CRRT
- Experience with pulmonary artery catheter placement
