Key Account Manager, Neuroscience - Washington and Oregon

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Key Account Manager for Neuroscience to manage pharmaceutical sales across Washington and Oregon. The role involves developing strategic account relationships, addressing market access barriers, and collaborating across internal teams to drive brand execution in behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans addressing patient access barriers in assigned geography
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and influencers in behavioral health
- Deliver market access education and articulate value propositions to providers and payers
- Lead cross-functional planning with field, home office, and neuroscience teams on brand strategy execution
- Monitor market trends and customer needs; ensure alignment with short and long-term business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Eight years relevant work experience; five years healthcare sales or account management
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Clinical knowledge of schizophrenia, depression, treatment-resistant depression, and behavioral health
- Ability to analyze marketplaces and develop strategic insights
- Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
- Up to 50% travel availability; must live in or relocate to Washington or Oregon
