Location: Edgartown, Massachusetts. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Manager at Untameable Gallery, located in Edgartown, MA. The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and driving collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, implementing processes to optimize efficiency, managing schedules, addressing any operational challenges, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer and team experience. Qualifications Team leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating team members. Strong organizational and time management abilities to coordinate schedules, tasks, and day-to-day operations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and address staff and customer needs. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges and ensure smooth operations. Ability to maintain a positive and professional workplace culture and handle feedback constructively.
