- Support and oversee daily shift operations alongside the Shift Supervisor
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity
- Coordinate workflows and ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies
- Assist with scheduling, timecards, and real-time attendance tracking
- Train, mentor, and support employee development and team success
- Foster a positive, proactive work environment and reinforce company values
- Leadership or supervisory experience in production or manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and assist with conflict resolution
- Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
- Ability to manage schedules, attendance, and team performance
- Reliable transportation to Little Falls, MN
- Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screen if required
